Hi all food lovers!!! I am Veronica "Nikka" Cleofe-Alejar -- a broadcaster by profession, a mother of two and a wife by vocation, and a non-professional cook and baker by passion... and this is my Kitchen. Welcome to Veronica's Kitchen! Veronica's Kitchen! was put up just this March 2008, and already, I am getting so much good and even great feedback from clients. Thank YOU for supporting a new home bakeshop such as mine. This is a hobby which I love and I bake and cook for clients the way I would for my loved ones. Rest assured too, ALL my products are high in quality and yet very affordable. In this day and age of high prices of basic commodities, rice, gasoline and everything else, EVERY peso counts. I will make sure you get your money's worth and much more! This is my year of experimenting with recipes, as well as perfecting my old ones, so join me as we explore delicious goodies together.
